What’s the standard turnaround time for custom boxes?

Our standard production time for our custom packaging is usually within 20 to 25 business days. If you are pressed for time, you may opt for a rush order that typically runs within 6 to 10 business days. Keep in mind that production times do not include weekends and public holidays.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It primarily depends on your location. But typically, your order will arrive anywhere between 1 to 6 business days. You may use Express Shipping if you want to receive your custom boxes faster. Same with production times, shipping times do not include weekends and public holidays.

Yes. We offer big discounts on bulk orders. You can actually see how much you can save by selecting the order quantity in our price calculator. As the quantity increases, the price per custom box gets cheaper.

Creating Your Custom Box

What is the difference between white corrugated cardboard and Kraft corrugated cardboard?

White corrugated cardboard is available in standard and premium options. It offers a clean and fresh look while making the colors appear smoother and more vibrant. This material is ideal for luxury and medical products.

Kraft corrugated cardboard, on the other hand, is generally more affordable than premium white cardboard. It provides a natural texture and an organic feel that can be attributed to its eco-friendly packaging made from partially recycled content. This material is perfect for organic or natural products.

Can I print on the inside and outside of the box?

Yes, you can print both on the inside and outside of the box by selecting Outside & Inside - Full Color under the Printed Sides menu. We also offer options to print only on the inside or outside of the box.

Can I order custom boxes with no print?

Yes, of course. Just choose No Printing (black) in the Printed Sides option to order boxes with no print. You must set the other specifications, however, like material, dimensions, and more.

What are the differences between gloss, matte, and high-gloss UV coating?

Gloss coating reflects light, making the colors appear more vibrant and vivid as a result. This effect helps make the images and colors on your custom boxes “pop.” Matte coating, on the other hand, has a more subdued feel, which is suitable for more muted, pastel hues and elegant designs. High-gloss UV coating has the same characteristics as gloss coating but with more protection from the sun’s UV rays, making it ideal for outdoor applications.

Can I customize the size of the box?

Our product, mailer, and shipping boxes can be customized based on specific ranges. Here is a quick list of the ranges of dimensions for each box:

Product Box:

  • Length: 0.75" to 30"
  • Width: 0.75" to 20"
  • Depth: 1.75" to 20

Mailer Box:

  • Length: 3" to 25"
  • Width: 2" to 25"
  • Depth: 1" to 15"

Shipping Box:

  • Length: 2" – 30"
  • Width: 2" – 29"
  • Depth: 2.5" – 32"

Note: The following dimensions are based on the interior of the boxes.

Designing Your Custom Box

What is a dieline template?

It’s basically a flat layout of your box in PDF format that comes with the necessary lines such as bleed lines, trim lines, and crease lines. With a dieline template, you can easily place your design elements on the panels of the box, making sure your artwork is printed perfectly. Our dieline template can be edited using the most popular professional editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Can I create the design of my custom box on your website?

Yes, you can. Use our intuitive online design tool to create your own box design from scratch. It comes with several handy features for designing your box including insert images, add shapes and lines, add text, crop, rotate, and more.

Do you review the artwork before printing?

Yes, we do. We review every artwork and look for any technical issues such as alignments and image resolution before printing. If we manage to find a problem, our team will fix it or reach out to you for further instruction. We are not responsible, however, for any misspelling and wrong content.

Will the colors on my screen and on the box match?

We use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) when printing your custom boxes while your screen uses RGB (Red, Green, Blue). That alone may cause the variation of the colors that you see on your screen and on the box. Each monitor is also calibrated differently so you may find the printed colors different than what you are expecting. That being said, we make it a point to make the colors on your proof to be as close as possible so you can see the final product before deciding to move forward with the printing or not.
