Our 3D design studio lets you work on your box in real time. Put your own unique stamp on your packaging with text, logos, colors, and patterns – there are practically no limits to what you can do – and you’re done in just a few minutes. It’s so easy and there’s no guesswork involved.

Our standard literature mailers are roll-end tuck-front with dust flaps boxes (RETF) that can easily hold printed materials, publications, and other promotional items, protecting them from damage and ensuring that they arrive safely at their destination.

Box sizes range from 3" x 3" x 1.25" that are appropriate for holding thin brochures or flyers along with small items like keychains and pens to 14" x 12" x 3" to hold magazines, poster rolls, mugs, and other bulky items.

You can also customize your literature mailers within the range of the following dimensions:

• Length: 3" to 25"
• Width: 2" to 25"
• Depth: 1" to 15"

All our ecommerce boxes are made with high-quality corrugated cardboard that holds up well in transport and, depending on the size, can hold a maximum of between 30 to 50 lbs.

We currently offer the following types:

• Standard White Corrugated Cardboard
• Premium Corrugated Cardboard with a smoother white surface and a slight sheen
• Brown Kraft

Material thickness is determined by box dimensions and may be either of the following:

• 1/16" E-flute corrugated cardboard
• 1/8" B-flute corrugated cardboard

The internal construction [fluting] of these materials ensures that boxes can withstand rough handling on the road and can easily be stacked without damage to either the box or the contents within.

Easily create and customize your box through our online design tool: just add the relevant details, and you can start working.

This online interface lets your see and work on your design in 3D and in real time. Add your text, logos, and images to put your stamp on your box; play up patterns and colors for maximum impact.

To get your project running faster, you can also upload ready Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator files through the website you place your order to get a die line template (cutting and/or folding pattern guide) based on your specific dimensions.

Standard Print Turnaround and Transit Times

There is no minimum order required and single-item (sample) orders are priced competitively. You can order a maximum of 20,000 pieces in a single order. For orders greater than 20,000, email us at info@packola.com for custom orders.

Average production time runs from 10 to 12 business days for regular orders, excluding shipping time. Sample orders take between three (3) to 6 (6) business days, while rush orders are done in six (6).

Shipping can take between one (1) to six (6) business days, depending on your location.
