Step 1. Customize the specifications.

Here’s how you can customize the specifications of your prints using our product calculator:

• Set the dimensions. Select the length, width, and height of your custom soap boxes according to the following ranges: Length: 0.75" x 30", Width: 0.75" x 20" & Height: 1.75" x 20". You can toggle the 3D Preview on the left side of the product calculator to see the actual size of your box as you set the dimensions in real time.
• Choose the material. Our custom boxes are available in two materials: cardstock and corrugated cardboard. Cardstock comes in gloss, matter, and high-gloss UV finishes with 14 pt., 18 pt., and 24 pt. options for thickness.
• Corrugated cardboard is offered in standard white corrugated cardboard and Kraft (brown) corrugated cardboard.
• Select the printed side/sides. Print your design on the outside panels only, inside panels only, and both outside & inside of the boxes. There’s also an option for blank boxes, which are non-printed.

Step 2. Set the quantity and turnaround time.

You can order as few as one (1) box if you want to see the quality of our printing first before committing to a large order. If you want to get bigger savings right off the bat, bulk printing your custom soap boxes is still the best option. Standard turnaround time for our custom-printed soap boxes is 15 to 20 business days. If you’re in a rush, you can expedite the printing time to 6 to 8 business days for a small fee.

Step 3. Upload or create your artwork.

The best way to make your soap boxes stand out is by customizing its design. Upload your artwork to our website or create one using our online design tool. If you want to make a box design using software like Photoshop and Illustrator, download a blank template that comes with trim lines, bleed, and safe zone to make your artwork print-ready. Request for a free PDF proof that you can review and approve before printing.

Keep it simple. Minimalist packaging designs are still in. With your customers exposed to visual information and advertisements on a daily basis, the most effective way to get their attention is through a clean and minimalist packaging design.

Tell your brand story. Your soap boxes are not just for keeping your products safe. They’re also a tool that you can use to establish a connection with your customers. Why not use these boxes to tell more about your brand or company?

Complement the product. Make sure the design of your soap boxes complements what’s inside. If you are selling an organic, eco-friendly soap, you can try going for a nature-inspired look. Use green or brown as your dominant color or make use of floral patterns on your packaging.

Always use high-resolution images. To make your soap boxes look professionally made, always use images that have high-resolution. Images need to have at least 300 dpi or dots per inch. Some formats are also better when it comes to high-quality custom printing including such as PDF, which is our preferred file format.
