Q: What is the minimum order quantity for custom subscription boxes?

We have no minimum orders at Packola. You can order a single sampler box or thousands. If the amount you require is not in the dropdown menu, choose ‘Custom quantities’ and enter the exact amount that you need. 

Q: Can I customize my boxes?
A:

Yes, you can. Our custom boxes are fully customizable. You can use the 3D Design Studio to design your box artwork from the ground up. A live 3D preview is available so you can see all of your changes in real-time. You can view every angle of your box design to make sure that it is exactly as you require. 

Q: Can I get a quotation for my boxes?
A:

The order calculator on our product pages for custom boxes provides automatic quotations for your order. Select the dimensions, material, and other requirements you need from the dropdown menus and the quotation for your order will be automatically updated.

Q: How fast can you print my order?
A:

Our standard turnaround time for custom boxes is 20 to 25 business days. Expedited production brings the time down to six to eight business days. If you’re ordering a sample, it will be ready within three to five business days. Please take note that this does not include weekends, holidays, and shipping time.
